Hi Craig ~ Are you feeding these cats kibble or canned food? We've got 16 outdoor country cats and kittens who have wonderful teeth and gums, but they are exercised with appropriate foods, including gophers they and I both catch, rodents, etc. I have only added CS to their water, when a kitten's eye was gunky, so never done it on a regular basis.
