I keep things clean by not touching the insides of the vessel or the electrodes. I seldom do anything more than a DW rinse, and not even that, normally. Like you, Jeannie, I've a little bit of silver coating the insides of the cup. My CS seems to work still. If I wanted to clean it off I'd use some hydrogen peroxide followed by 2 or 3 thorough rinses with distilled. No problem. It's probably reasonable to do once in a while. Everything she needs to know *might* be in the archives, but with over 50000 messages to search, a couple of pointers toward specific messages or tested search terms would make it *LOTS* more useful, don't you think?! <hehehe> > -- the reasons for cleanliness can > be found there, and also why you are generating that stuff > in the first place. What are the key differences between what you're doing currently and the simpler systems and methods we're talking about with jeannie and me? Thanks, Mike D.
