It's called Silver 400.

It is manufactured by MSP Research.  Their web site is:

The protocols being used by the doctor's using it incorporate different
additives for various conditions.  The doctor added DMSO to my solution for
extra penetration.  I added it to my horse's infusion as well.

The owner can give you a reference to a doctor nearest you that is using it!
