[insert name here], you seem to have gained quite a bit of misinformation from somewhere , not only in this regard, but also regarding LVDC and HVAC CS.
It is the properties of the final product not the way it was made that is of concern. Some silver salts (some using acid in the manufacturing phase) are caustic to tissue, some are not. Some of these are available in high concentrations and so can be over-dosed.
