I think that some of these efforts at supression should be challenged under the Constitutional protections of free speech. I do not have all the details, but you should meticulously save your links to the site from which you got the information. Note that there are now archives of Internet data, so it is not feasible for anyone to wipe out their databases and lie about previous postings. Check closely the copyright on the original postings you cited.
