I have found that a lot of dissolved oxygen sometimes tends to oxidize the CS as it's made and make the yellow stuff. Later, after leaving the water jug open [loosely capped] for a few days and bubbles form on sides, then bubble off, no problems.

Virtually all distilled water sold in the USA is post sterilized with ozone.

Today, I read the label on a bottle of CS manufactured by a company called Medi-Quip Systems Inc.( I don't know what the trade name is although I think it may be The Silver Solution?
