Hi Ivan, That's a great site. Pulls together lots of the info I'd gleaned over the years. It also provides an interesting fact -- that the human digestive system is even shorter than a carnivore (I had recalled reading that it was between the carnivore and herbivore, but closer to carnivore in length).
