Alexandra. I take about 2 ounces of CS each day unless I start to catch some kind of a bug then I take more CS. I tried the 3 to 5 minutes of swishing the CS before swallowing and now go more for the CS mixed with Gatorade. When I did the swishing I noticed cavities that became filled with silver. When I had the crown put on I could still see silver streaks deep into my tooth even when the dentist quit drilling. CS also not reduce the enlarged prostate. But, it has not grown bigger either. Before seeing my DR, I thought I was getting better. Brickey
