Most likely. It is expensive to make yogurt properly. A good yogurt
takes 12 hours minimum. Some go much longer. But, if done right, you
will most likely keep sickness away from your body because we were made
to eat foods like that. All disease starts in the gut. Show me
someone who is sick, with any disease, and it happened long ago with bad
assimilation or diet.
