first of all the water in my apartment building does not have good filteration it smells a little funky and taste weird when i add a tsp of cs to a gallon of it the smell diappears and the water taste fresher do you think a tsp to a gallon of the water is killing enough bacteria in my water? also i add a tsp of cs to my aloe gel and refrigerate it . does refridgration take away the strength of cs? lastly i use a cold cream to get rid of dark blotchy skin this cream has a bleaching agent in it called (hydroquinone2%) would it be safe to add cs to this bleaching cream? ( this bleaching creams purpose is intended to lighten the skin.
