It just happened that Nexus magazine is a site that I had recently visited, they publish interesting articles that would not be found elsewhere, and so linked to the copy there. The article is by Sally Fallon and Mary Enig, who incidentally, run the Weston A Price Foundation. Many great articles to be found there.
