Several years ago I read a statement that CS kills mycoplasmas. There was no hard data or study attached. I do not know where that information may be in my various antique hard drives. You might try contacting the group testing CS at Brigham Young University; they were doing bacteria and virons, but I don't know if they are testing it against mycoplasmas. With money, you could get a lab to try a test. That should be done in broth, and not on plated media.
Bottom line: what does one have to loose by trying it?
