No I am not saying that, although it will be much more effective than
metallic CS in the test-tube, and probably when applied externally
also.

There is much contention about the effectiveness ions vs. particles
when taken orally, I tend to favour ions myself and so make that
variety, but it is reported that particle CS is effective also. I have
tried both, and can tell little difference between them, but then I
haven't been ill much either.
I should say that, if anecdotal evidence is accepted, then it is very
difficult to make a CS which is not effective...and perhaps the only
distinguishing feature is the colloid's stability and shelf life.
