However the schedule varies with the supplier -
"Suggested Use:... For best results, use 5-7 days and then discontinue for 5-7 days. Continue this cycle." Another source stated - "Limit use to 8 consecutive weeks." Still another states- "After taking echinacea for 6 to 8 weeks, a 2 week break is recommended before restarting use for best results."
