I would not recommend picking any up at a health food store.  Almost all of
what they call CS at health food stores is really MSP, and very very
expensive.  If you need a good source for mail order of optimum ppm CS let
me know and I will email you privately.  Optimum ppm is between 3 and 20.

It is easiest to simply add to the drinking water.  But how much to add
would depend on the initial ppm of the CS.  If you are using 5 ppm, then
adding 10% or so CS would I belive be about right.  If you give it straight
continuously there might be some negative impact on the intestinal flora.

For the eyes, you may want to put a few drops directly in the eyes.  For
ringworm, apply directly topically as well as give it to them in their
water.  I don't have any idea on the pancreatic insufficiency.
