My guess is that some of the ionic (single atom, dissolved) silver is agglomerating into larger, possibly uncharged particles that the TDS or PWT meters do not detect. Basically some of your ionic CS is becoming particles, or true colloidal silver. Ionic silver works. Particulate silver works. The mixtures of ions and particles that most of us make seem to work. The term colloidal silver is generally applied to all of them. Your experience does point out the fact that it's really not possible to say how "strong" our home-made silver is without real lab testing using methods that will detect both ions and particles. The good news is, you don't need to know all that precisely. Just dose for effect. Be well, Mike D.
