My first batch took a long time too. Did you remove the electrodes and
clean them every 2 or 3 hours? This speeds up the brewing time. My first
batch took nearly 23 hours but, not since cleaning the electrodes. As
some have suggested, use 3 or 4 ounces of a previous brewed batch of cs
as a starter for your next batch this will increase your conductivity and
also speed up processing time......good luck.
