I don't know how to present the facts and not have it taken as being critical...so, take it like you want to.

I see no indication that it uses current controls. I see no specs at all.
The website http://www.all-natural.com/cosilver.html states "proper conditions on the electrodes"
That could mean anything.

For $149 and no clear reason to pay that much, I'd stay away.
They don't even have a photo of the generator that I could find.

TIPS

" How to make Yellow Colloidal Silver

While the instructions for making colloidal silver printed in the Instruction Booklet are adequate to get started, they do not allow you to make the very best colloidal silver all the time. You may have already noticed that some batches are better or stronger than others. You may also have noticed that sometimes there is more or less of the soft, black residue on the electrodes, or that some batches taste more bitter or metallic than others.

The following instructions will help you make a more uniform batch each time. This product will have a smaller particle size, less black residue, and a better taste.

1) THE WATER is still the most important ingredient. To make sure that the distilled water you are using is adequate, you must make a batch with the water at room temperature. As viewed with a flashlight, you must be able to see the yellow, smoky cloud of particles in the water at the end of the batch making process. If the water you are using does not allow you to make the yellow particles, you first must find a water that will BEFORE going on to step 2."

5) Pour your boiling, distilled water into your glass container and place the CS-300 down on top of the glass, with the electrodes fully immersed to within ΒΌ inch of the plastic parts. Time the batch for 14 (fourteen) minutes. At the end of the time, pull the CS-300 out of the water and wipe off the electrodes with a Kleenex, to remove any of the black residue. Nine times out of ten, this product will not remain clear after it cools. Depending on a number of factors, it will turn color from a transparent yellow, to golden yellow, to coppery orange, to rose pink. Any of these colors, or remaining clear, is perfectly fine.

If you see a yellow mist...that thing is running away. No current controls or they are set WAY too high.
Pink CS..ON PURPOSE??????!!!! [gak]

"CS-300D Multi-Power Colloidal Silver Generator
The highest quality components and most effective colloidal silver.
Reliable, portable, and accurate. Internal voltage regulation produces a steady 30 volts from one standard 9 volt battery, car, or 110v AC."

There's your answer...constant voltage. [does everything a battery pack does and nothing else]
Couldn't possibly be accurate. No system of timing is the least bit accurate unless you know what have and where you started. Constant voltage ion propagation is exponential and it could take a long time to get started even a little, or no time at all to run away...depending on the water. PPM per minute? NO WAY... forget it. [It's more like PPM per minute per minute like a formula for gravitational acceleration where voltage is the gravity]

Constant current ion propagation is linear, so, if you know where you are at any given time, you can time a batch accurately from there. But you still have to find out where the timing started from. If there is a feedback based auto off or other sort of indicator, it will tell you. A meter works too...and in the same way.
