Thanks Bill, James and Judy for the suggestions. Bill, I have put the books on my list for the library (hopefully they can get them for me thru interlibrary loan- not sure if I want to 'hang on' to my backache till books arrive from USA). With my water intake being pretty much up to scratch (around 70 oz per day), I've now sprayed with CS.
