Check your e-mail again. You did good and so did the generator.
Bear in mind that the circuitry ONLY "sees" what's between the electrodes and knows nothing about anything else. If there is a buildup of conductive ions between the electrodes, the gen thinks it is done. After that is disbursed, it no longer sees the same thing and discovers that it wasn't 'really' done after all and can try again. If the ions were already disbursed, say, by constant stirring of some form, it IS done. You've hit the max concentration throughout the batch as per the specs.
