That sounds very similar to what we see alot in the papers around here (North Eastern Ohio). There are alot of Amish in this community - they tout oodles of "natural remedies". I wouldn't be a bit surprised if this ad was found in the "Bargain Hunter". I believe one of their areas would cover about 43 thousand homes. That would be the first paper I'd start with if I wanted to find an ad such as this.
