I believe the spelling 'ad hominem' is right; the phrase is latin for 'to the man', and is used to describe the rhetorical technique of attacking the motive, character, actions or appearance of your opponent in an argument, rather than addressing the subject of the argument itself.

I cannot find ad-hominen or ad hominem in the dictionary.  Are these spellings
right?
