All the autoimmune disorders respond to an antioxidant program containing
a lot of glutathione precursors. I think the reason is that they are
triggered by toxins, and we can remove the toxins, quench the free
radicals, and increase cell-mediated Th1 responses which reduce Th2
inflammatory responses, all with an antioxidant therapy. With the Th2
levels reduced we don't have the body eating itself up as much because
there's little left to trigger the process.

Also, it's a good idea to help this process along with a series of liver
flushes. This will improve liver flow and function and the liver will
then make better use of the glutathione precursors in detox and as an
antioxidant.

Lupus also responds to ozone steam sauna therapy - one of the thins the
therapy does is trigger an increase in naturak antioxidant levels in the
body, provided the precursors are present. Here again we need adequate
levels of cold-processed whey precursors.

Always use a program of antioxidants; A, C, E, selenium, and possibly
lipoic acid, glutathione precursors, and all the natural sources in your
diet. Here's a really good source of supernutrient and antioxidants:
