Somewhere once during a night of addictive surfing I recall reading that
they changed the rules so you do not have to list it below a certain amount.

Exactly.  They add it in regular Coke as well, and they don't tell people
about it.  Of couse, it's not as much as diet Coke, but it's still enough to
not be good for you.  Just cause it's not listed, does not mean it's not
there.  Did you ever hear of hidden ingredients?
