I don't consider public support of people who take reckless regard for their
health and life a "right".  Who said anything about fines and imprisonment?  If 
I
am not paying for it, I could not care less what others are doing.  I think we
need less laws, not more, and less give away programs, not more.

I agree, unless I am being asked to support them financially, when I am having a
hard time even supporting myself and wife.
