That's about the size of it. What's left unknown is whether someone, whether Peter himself or a loved-one, is going to be deprived of needed information and help. Peter, of course, bears the primary responsibility for that outcome, but it should remind us of *our* responsibility as well. The OT list is available for anything that's out of place here.
