Lysine.... L-Lysine... same, same. This is very popular and also quite effective for many people who are trying to control cold sores / fever blisters (as well as for controlling herpes outbreaks). Its typically found in either 500mg or 1000mg doses and because its an amino acid, its normally very safe for most people to use. Mike
