Dear Brooks, I find this topic very interesting. What substances were tested Brook and how were they applied? In the case of DMSO did you test only dermally, or did the research include a DMSO and other substance mix? When you say both (DMSO/MSM) increase potency in systemically introduced drugs, do you mean the drugs and DMSO were ingested together? Or the drug ingested and DMSO applied to skin. How could one determine if DMSO would carry a substance topically? I do remember a mention of molecular weight. Is it understood that a lower molecular wt. will be carried? And then how does one determine molecular wt?
And what about CS with DMSO? topically or orally? this may be redundant, but I don't remember a clear statement on this. Is this a good way to introduce CS? Or just a good way to dilute DMSO. I have noted the rather general statements re not taking DMSO orally, but nothing to substatiate it beyond a reasonable caution. Would herbal extracts or tinctures be entrained and or multiplied, in general? Do you know of any such specific treatments that use compatible substances? When you say you used DMSO sparingly in in vivo tests, what is sparingly? And if you limited this amount due to its odor, did you find a dangerous upper limited suggested, odor not withstanding? Thanks,I'll stop here. radishes, Glenn -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
