  There is an easy way out of this.   Those with compromised immune systems,
eczema, or dermatitis, or those who have someone in their household with
one of these conditions, cannot be vaccinated.  All you do is make sure you
or someone else has dermatitis.  This can be easily accomplished by using
something like bleach to cause your hands to break out.  I don't especially
like the idea of putting toxic bleach or another cleaning supply on my skin,
but it is preferable to the smallpox vaccine.  People can be creative with
this.
For example, I break out when I touch tomatoes or fish.
