That you'll have to determine by trial and error. Every setup is different.
 When you start seeing golden cloud, it's probably about time to quit.
 You'll get the hang of it.

 If you dilute the brownish stuff, what color is it then?
If it's not over 100 PPM, it's got no business being brown...like, if it's
brown at 10 to 50 PPM, it's not been made very well at all and you can do a
lot better on your own.
 In the early days of experimentation, I filled quite a  few drains with
something like that. [mud?]
 I can make colorless CS at 50+ PPM but it gets more 'iffy' the higher you
go no matter how good the generator is due to factors that have nothing to
do with the generator.
