I am just getting over the flu and cold. Started on Saturday and on Saturday night I started taking a mouthful of CS every two hours or more while awake. It seems to have protected my lungs well which is where the systems started but the CS kept them clear of the invading germs. They seem to have attacked my sinuses and glands even more fiercely, however, and the CS was not able to ward them off. I was even dropping CS into my sinuses. Well, I shouldn't say it didn't do anything because I'm almost over the whole thing and it's only been 3 days. Have a lot of stiffness in the neck and headaches still. But I know people who've had this bug for 2 weeks and they're still suffering with it. It seems to have run rampant throughout the whole province and it is a wicked one. Very severe symptoms. You know the regular flu and cold symptoms, but intense. And difficult to get rid of - unless you use CS. I am amazed that mine are clearing up so fast but I did have to stay in bed for a couple of days. So glad I know about CS - most people I tell about it don't want to even try it.
