Hi Vickie, Don't believe a word she said! She is a liar and a fraud IMHO - she must have a hidden agenda. Maybe she works for the FDA or some other govt. alphabet agency. I take 2 ozs first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as an immune system booster/helper. I have used silver in my nebulizer to clear up a major lung infection caused by my longtime smoking habit (55+ years). I had been diagnosed with COPD - asthma - emphysema -- lots of things wrong. I used my nebulizer once or twice a day for about 10 days with a mix of 10 to 1 CS/DMSO and then just silver. My coughing has stopped, the phlegm is gone and my breathing has greatly improved. I use CS as eye drops for relief of "dry eye" ( my left eye no longer produces enough tears to keep the eye lubricated, leading to scratching, and that hurts like hell. My wife used CS on her face for something called rosacia(sp?) it cleared that up, and most recently she used CS as eye drops for what looked like a tiny pimple inside of the lower lid -- one application removed the pimple, but I had her use CS a few more times to clear the redness inside the lid. There's more, but you get the idea. CS is perfectly safe - Rosemary is full of #...@%%$.
