Dear John,

You said:

<<My name is John and I was recently diagnosed with the pituitary adenoma
(brain tumor of the pituitary gland most likely to be benign). However it is
pressing on my optic nerve and is threatening to damage it and also it
gradually decreases my hormone levels. I am 20 year old. Could you please
tell me how sucessfull are CS and Beck's Protocols in treting this problem?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.>>

A pituitary adenoma that is most likely benign is usually called Cushing's
Disease. Were you told that? CS is for pathogens. Many Beck protocols
are experimental at best, and some of those familiar with them feel they are
of some value, but primitive, so to speak.

Your condition is fully cured 80% of the time by surgery done by a skilled
surgeon who does this type of surgery regularly. Some people have to take
medication for up to one year later until the pituitary begins producing
cortisol on its own again.. The good news is, after that, you don't need any
drugs.

If you allow the condition to persist, the adenoma can increase and
eventually make it difficult to remove it without removing part of the
pituitary.

I'm not a big fan of conventional medicine, but you are talking about the
master gland in the body. I am not aware of any effective non-conventional
treatment for this. If this existed, I would have found it, for I was
diagnosed just recently with the same condition after 18 years of no
conventional medical treatment at all. I have little to no use for
conventional medicine, but I also know when the time is right to experiment
and when it isn't.

If anyone tells you there is a non-conventional, effective protocol for
this I suggest you explore it quite thoroughly before committing to it.
There are people out there that will tell you that what they have will cure
everything from A-Z. I am well-versed in science, medicine, and
alternative/holistic medicine, and believe me, I searched exhaustively for
something for myself to avoid the conventional route.

Regards,
Catherine
