Well, they are about to try and do it to us again. The first patriot act that was pushed through congress without the congressmen even reading it first took away an appalling number of our freedoms.
Now the second act is being done the same way, and removes all the remaining freedoms for Americans. If you follow the logic of the act the governement would be able to arrest any of us for even discussing Colloidal silver (or speeding for that matter), and give us the death penalty without a trial. That may be an extreme interpretation, but it show just how wide open this act is. It is unconstitutional across the board, but has basically suspended the constitution. Here is the logic by which any of us could be given the death penality by this act for breaking any state or federal law: SECTION 501: Anyone can be declared a terrorist by "any action that endangers human life that is a violation of any Federal or State law.(Thus speeding, and discussion of colloidal silver could be forced to fit in that description with the help of the fda and ftc lies). A terroist is assumed to be a non-US citizen (SECTION 101). Any terrorist can be sent to a concentration camp, without anyone being notified, and without any way of anyone knowing, and if anyone finds out, they are breaking the law to give the information (SECTION 201 and other sections). Any terrorist can be executed without a trial (section SECTION 411 and other sections). If anyone unkowingly sells colloidal silver, or a colloidal silver maker, or any item to a someone or a company associated or thought to be associated with a terrorist group then they will get prison time and a fine of $10,000 to $50,000 (SECTION 421). Note other sections are also applicable as well. This may seem off topic somewhat, but if this act passes, being able to make and use colloidal silver will be the least of our problems.
