Colloidal silver does generally have particles of from 5 to 15 nanometers. Why do you think that statement is wrong? The part about positive charge, we ALL believed that until rather recently when your zeta measurements indicated otherwise. (Theoretically I still believe the particles DO have a positive charge, and the OH which surrounds the particle has a negative charge that shields the positive charge, and gives the overall particle/OH structure an apparent negative polarity).
