Shirley, Brooks Bradley's formula is to saturate CS with MSN. Mkae sure the MSN that you buy does not have silica in it. some does.
There were two ratios metioned: 1. 20% DMSO and 80% CS as above. 2. 10% DMSO and 90% CS as above. Tastes terrible but really clears up the lungs.
