That is exactly why I reposted Bob. Thanks for the reply. I know now not to use any kind of salt. But I didn't find that info until about the time I found this list and the info I had at that time called for sea salt. I have had no one to talk to about this stuff at all till I found this place and I only made my first batch of CS about 2 months ago so I guess it was a pretty big rock. I have to make some more for now with batteries till my generator gets here unless you think it's a waste of time to do it that way. But I won't use any salt and I am only going to make 8oz.
