for selenium as part of the treatment at that web site www.sunstoneherbals.com they sell ionic minerals selenium being one of them. from what i read so far is minerals are harder to be digested as JUST the mineral but when we eat plants that have that mineral in it it has been converted but due to the use of the soil and technology the and industry, chemicals so on and so forth we don't get nearly enough so they make ionic minerals as supplements which has been converted to the closest to a plants conversion. or some thing of that nature. if you want to read it i think i read about it under the heading 74th congress.
