It is my understanding that the silver solution itself is not in fact patented at all. It is nothing more than a HVAC produced solution as produced by the method developed by Bruce Marx. Indeed, they site one of his papers as a reference in the one patent I have seen. This patent describes an apparatus for generating colloidal silver which, in summary, and if I recall correctly, takes an existing design and multiplies the electrodes so to make large batches.
You can make CS which could rival this product, with a little care.
