Could the problem with studies here be the kind of fats? Meats raised on corn 
and soybeans has a much different type of fat than grass fed. Also, trans-fatty 
acids such as in margarine and shortening are very bad for people. So, I have 
to wonder about results of studies which used these saturated fats.
