Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am very confused and am in desperate need of some help if you can!!! I have just bought three CS generators, one for my parents, one for my nan and the other for me. I have been on the internet for the past two days trying to research the correct amount that should/ could be consumed and the process in how to also make it correctly. I live in Australia and I bought these generators from 'pacific' in Cairns. However the instructions are COMPLETELY different from what I've researched on the internet, in fact al ot of the sites vary. I desperately need help with this as I have made an expensive purchase (healthier purchase) and I want to know how to use it but I don't know who to believe.

If they tell you to use spring water..don't believe anything they say about anything.

Firstly I was told to drink two to three glasses per day, then I was told by 'Pacific' to use CS as my drinking water for THE DAY and increase to a stronger dose and MANY small glasses if an illness is present. They say that they make a 2L CS every morning at 3ppm and u se it as their drinking water. Now I have read on the net to only drink 2 teaspoons every morning. At first we used spring water from a carton (as our instruction booklet said quote "it does not matter what type of water you use as the water is only the vehicle that carries the silver into your body".

...and forms all sorts of compounds with the silver as you make the colloid. Anything that CAN be made, WILL be made. Use only silver and distilled water.

Now after much researching I know I am supposed to use distilled water, my instruction books says though that if using distilled water it MUST be heated to 90 degrees

Heating the water raises its conductivity to get things going faster.
But if the generator has no current controls or some way to tell where you started, there's no way in H. E. double hockysticks you'll have even a clue as to what your final PPM is especially if you have no control over water quality. Even distilled water varies enough for this to be a problem. It could be .3 PPM or 3 PPM or it could be 30 PPM. It could be anything. Attempting to accurately time a batch with "highly" variable water quality, variable starting temperature, possible variable electrode spacing [alligator clips and wires?] and a constantly accelerating process is virtually impossible. [Did I say accurately? Forget it. Try, having any sort of idea at all. ] It's like predicting the impact speed of a falling object dropped from a building when you don't know if the building is one story or fifty stories tall...or if it was really dropped or thrown off the building. [Heating the water would be eqivalent to throwing the object...but, how hard?]

and after 30 minutes the strength will be 4ppm and the water should be clear. Then it goes on to say that to get that yellow/ golden colour it should be on for 90 minutes and the result will be 14ppm. From my research I understand that making it safely and correctly the water should turn yellow but they are saying clear is fine at 4ppm. Then they say using tap water or spring in 10-15 minutes it will be 3-4ppm and the water will be quite white- they say this is normal?

"Quite white" is an indication that you made something other than colloidal silver...probably silver chloride.

Our trials;

1. Spring water for 10 minutes at supposedly 3-4ppm and the water was quite clear. (but this is spring water and also NOT golden)

Clear is good. Golden is not as good but still usable. Does it have a flavor?

2. Purified/ filtered water for 30 minutes, but 4 hours later and the water is still quite cloudy (would not describe it as gold). There is a bit of white build up at the bottom also.

Silver has reacted with minerals in the water and formed some unknown precipitate.

3. Distilled water, heated to 90 degrees, left on for 30 minutes, about 4ppm. (book said should be perfectly clear) It's much clearer than number 2 though I think it still looks a little cloudy but it tastes- just like water though again NOT golden and still a bit of white has formed on the bottom.

Again, made something other than colloidal silver.

I don't understand the golden colour and how we achieve this and what we are doing wrong or how much we are actually suppose to be drinking. The instructions also state the the rods should not be cleaned as this removes the silver so just wipe them with a tissue. My research on the net says I should use a plastic kitchen scrub to remove the black, then wipe with a tissue.

Simply wiping is OK and even seems beneficial as pitted electrodes have a greater surface area and they just get 'dirty' again very fast...but no harm in scrubbing.

If you can help me or know someone who can, I'd appreciate it very much as I will not feel safe in using the generator again until I know what is right/ wrong/ safe and/ or correct. I know you probably don't give directions, advice for legal purposes, whatever you can tell me, I'll be open ears. I'm so very confused about ALL the information and what's safe and how it should be made correctly. I bought this generator for my nan to be healthy, not to make her sick or at risk of argyria. Please help if you can.

Hope you didn't pay a lot for it. Take a long look in the silverlist archives to learn how to make it perform as well as it can despite the design limitations. With a lot of attention, you can make good colloidal silver with it. It doesn't matter all that much [within reason] how strong it is or how much you use. Your taste buds and some caution will do. If it tastes like old rusty pipes..use less. If it tastes like you just ate a rusty car..use even less. If you can't detect the flavor at all, it's probably 5 PPM or less. If it's any other color than none or pale to sorta yellow and if it's not clear/transparent in artificial light..don't use it at all. If it looks a slight bit milky in direct sunlight but not in room light, that's OK. [and probably well over 10 PPM]

Many small doses throughout the day for specific complaints is a good idea.
See other posting today on stirring.

Check out the current limiting diode too. You can probably solder it right into your generators and make them as good as any out there.

Kind Regards,

Tamarand
