I'm very interested in your comment on CMO. The only site on the web I could
find was for a 30 day supply at $145.00., the MSM that I take is 10.00 for 30
days. They also stated that the relief was only temporary but where can I go
to verify the permanent relief status you described?

After reading the original inquiry, and the
list responses so far, I feel constrained to mention the superb effects of
Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO) as an adjunctive support to the other......quite
effective protocols mentioned. Some of the MOST intractable cases of arthritic
insult (from among a rather large volunteer population) did not exhibit
acceptable response.......until CMO became a member of our protocol grouping.
It is difficult for me to over-emphasize the
powerful role CMO performed in aiding these most-difficult-of-all among our
experimental volunteers. Especially in its arresting of the progressive
degrading of the articulating joint environments.
Additionally, CMO was the only element (from those we
utilized) that was ever successful in establishing an un-aided, long-term
effect----one that in a very high percentage of cases.......did not require
continued support or a repetition of the original protocol.
Our own T.J. Garland is (I believe) a supplier
of high-quality, economically priced, real CMO.
Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.

I had knee pain in both knees so bad I thought I might be headed for a
wheelchair. Thanks to this list I found both CS and MSM.I probably don't take
the CS regularly enough, but average about 4 to 8 oz per day. I started on one
heaping teaspoon of MSM twice daily (about 8 to 10 grams), and I use the
Lignisul with no side effects at all. Within 3 days I was 80% pain free, and
now experience no pain whatsoever. If I forget to take it the pain will
gradually return. I have been trying to find out if anyone has gotten rid of
the arthritis completely with CS, but haven't heard from anyone as yet........
I order mine from msm-msm.com and find the people there wonderful and very
knowledgeable.
