Sorry about your situation. Don Croft makes a zapper that is pretty cheap. His original model costs, I think, about $69.00 and comes with a nine volt battery that is good for about 100 hours, then you will have to replace it. You won't take a whole bottle of grapefruit seed extract at one time. Use the liquid and you only use 10 or 15 drops in a glass of water at a time. It tastes terrible even at that concentration. You can read on the nutriteam.com website about how to use it most effectively for acne. A small bottle only costs 7 or 8 dollars at the health food store and has several ounces of liquid so there are lots of doses in there. If you have a colloidal silver generator you can use that too.
