I have not read all the acne posts. Has anyone mentioned using a 50/50 mixture of fresh aloe and CS? I have had success with it.

This is great, except, I would drink a small amount all day long rather than all at once. At the very least have 2 oz. in the AM, 2 oz. at noon, 2 oz. about 6PM, and 2 oz. at bed time. It will be much better by spreading it out all day. I have found with
my MS
that I had to be aggressive with the CS. I drink 16 oz. 10 ppm per day
with
8 drops of H2o2 added to it.
