Yoga Method called NETI: warm saline solution suckedup into sinus 
alternate nostrils and expelled until solution runs clear.Buy isotonic 
usp saline or make with  boiled water and sea salt cool to body temp.May 
be a little H2O2 few drops and or CS. Don't put CS in till just before 
initiating proceedure.
Frontier Herbs had a neti pot that more or less made the sinus washing 
automatic.
I had terrible bloody goddawful sinuses until I took up Neti in '74.I 
don't have to keep it up to maintain the sinus as it pretty well 
eliminated what ever drove my sinuses  before.
