I used a cup and snuffed it up one thenthe other side then I tried a tea
pot with a sort of straight spout. I suppose the kind of pot they sell
in gourmet kitchen shoppee's for oil decanters or a Neti pot as sold by
purveyors of ayervedic suppliesoryoga appliances.Neti pot sort of lets
gravity do the work ---turn head to one side and stick spout to
'high'nostril and fluid will pour up one side and out the other.
I imagine that I would try Frontier Herbs,Dawn Horse-Adi Dam
Emporium-Transendental Meditation or what ever they call their material
accoutriment supplier these days.Sort of got to Google your way through
it.I've senn NETI poys in a lot of health food stores in areas where
their are serious practitioners of alternative health practices,Tools
for Wellness may carry them.
