If you lay on your back on a bed and hang your head over the edge, you can
just put it in with a dropper.  Adjust  your head position to make it flow
to the desired area.  It will puddle and be absorbed much better that if you
are upright.  I have successfully irrigated some sinuses with the method.

Yikes!!!!!.......how do you administer it?.......I"ve been using diluted
h202......put it in a big syringe without a needle and shoot it up my nose
til it comes out the other nostril.........then I hold it for 1
