I understood what he probably meant by fast foods. I was referring to
the "other saturated fats" fragment as though the previous items were
saturated fats. Not only saturated fats are not a problem, but the
biggest problem with fast food is actually refined and wrongly processed
food items, heated vegetable oils, and transfatty acids. Not all fast
foods would necessarily be unhealthful, although, no one comes to mind
that is not, at the moment.
