Proper capitalization and punctuation and indentation, etc. really helps
someone like me who is mildly dyslexic to read emails. Sadly, my own posts are
often lacking as I cannot either type or proof-read worth a damn.

easier to read -- capitalize first letters of your sentences and make
new paragraphs to separate ideas -- just like on paper.
