Hi Marvin,
I have spent a lot of time developing the HVAC process, but have
abandomed it for several reasons;
1. If you don't use dry ice to make a CO2 atmosphere in the brew cell to
will generate unsafe levels of NO3 and NO, both ar poisonous to people
!!!!!
2. The cone or submerged electrodes also develop NO3 and NO !
3. The LVDC methode using very large anode area to cathode area makes a
very good product that does ot have these by-products.
4. The pH of the HV CS is always around 3 -4 while the large area CS has
a pH of 6-7.
5. No cooloing necessary.
6. I Can make two gallons in 4.5 hrs with a PPM of 10+ and almost no
T.E.
7. The particle size by T.E.M. is sub-nanometer.

I am attaching a Wplot of the 5" x 8" anode material. Thos who have
Wplot.exe can open it. At the 4.25 hour point the
PPM was 9.66 as measured by my spectrophotometer.
